Product Features and Technical Details

Wall Panels	Built with double-layer EPS insulation panels covered in colorful steel skin, 50mm thick, combined with a galvanized steel roof. The panels offer excellent thermal insulation, flame resistance, and structural stability.
Basement & Water Management	Equipped with 30mm x 4mm welded and painted flat steel grills. Underground water pool measures 3000mm x 3000mm x 500mm, with 2000mm inside the booth and 1000mm outside. Water curtain system 2800mm x 1300mm with a water pump and 2.2kW fan ensures effective capture of overspray.
Ventilation & Airflow	Three overhead fans at 1.5kW and two axial fans maintain airflow at 0.4 m/s. The ventilation system completes 320 air cycles per hour, keeping paint particles under control and the environment clean. Heating System: Ten infrared lamps (3 lamps per unit, 1kW each, total 30kW) deliver rapid and uniform curing, with adjustable temperatures to match different coating materials.
Structural Components	Light steel static chamber with 40mm x 60mm rectangular pipe frame ensures durability. Plenum and cotton beam grooves use 0.8mm zinc plate with powder coating. Top cotton brackets use concave pipe materials with 6mm round steel for enhanced airflow distribution. Lighting: 24 LED ceiling lights (6 units x 4 pieces, 40W each) mounted in powder-coated lightboxes provide consistent illumination of 850–900 lux for precise paint application.This is a paragraph
Filtration System	Primary filter captures particles larger than 10µm (>83% efficiency). Ceiling filter captures particles over 4µm (>98% efficiency), maintaining a clean environment for superior coating quality.
