    Core Features and Technical Specifications

    Wall Construction

    The booth is built using high-quality double-layer EPS insulation panels covered with a colorful steel skin. Each panel is 75mm thick with 0.45mm steel, providing excellent heat retention, fire resistance, and durability. The roof panels are made of galvanized steel, ensuring long-lasting structural stability.
    Ventilation System
    Intake Fans: Four double-intake centrifugal fans (2 groups x 2 units, 5.5kW each) deliver an air capacity of 16,000 m³/h per set, ensuring uniform airflow throughout the booth.
    Exhaust Fans: Two double-intake centrifugal fans, each rated at 7.5kW with 20,000 m³/h airflow per set, efficiently remove fumes and overspray.
    Air Ducts and Cabinet: Side-upper air intake design with powder-coated steel frame cabinet. Ducts are constructed from high-quality galvanized steel with 30mm EPS insulation in the fan cabinet walls, maintaining airflow at 0.4 m/s and a ventilation rate of 320 times per hour.
    Heating System: Equipped with two G10 diesel burners, each with 200,000 kcal/h heating capacity. Electric or pneumatic dampers control airflow to maintain a stable temperature of 80°C, providing consistent drying and curing results.
    Lighting: The booth features 48 high-efficiency LED lights (12 units x 4 pieces, 36W each) housed in powder-coated light boxes. This provides interior illumination of 850–900 lux, allowing painters to work with precision and accuracy.
    Filtration
    Primary Filter: Captures particles larger than 10µm with an efficiency of over 83%.
    Ceiling Filter: Captures particles larger than 4µm with a filtering rate exceeding 98%, ensuring a clean work environment and superior coating finish.
    Structural Design: Galvanized square pipe beams support the booth, with powder-coated plenum and roof filter frames for enhanced durability.
    Intelligent Control System: Centralized control for lighting, spraying, heating, baking, temperature monitoring, and emergency stops allows precise operation and ensures worker safety.
