    Key Features and Specifications

    Wall Panels

    The booth walls are constructed with high-quality double-layer EPS insulation panels covered with colorful steel skin. Each panel has a thickness of 75mm with 0.45mm steel, ensuring excellent thermal insulation, anti-flame properties, and durability. The roof panel is galvanized steel, providing long-lasting performance under industrial conditions.
    Ventilation System
    Inlet Fans: 4 double-intake centrifugal fans (2 groups, 2 fans per group) with 5.5kW each, delivering an airflow capacity of 16,000 m³/h per set.
    Outlet Fans: 2 double-intake centrifugal fans, 7.5kW each, with an airflow capacity of 20,000 m³/h per set.
    Air Duct and Cabinet: Intake air is set from the side upper section using a powder-coated steel frame cabinet and high-quality galvanized steel exhaust ducts. Elbows and ducts are engineered to maintain an airflow speed of 0.4 m/s with a ventilation rate of 320 times per hour.
    Heating System: Equipped with two G10 diesel burners, each with a heating capacity of 200,000 kcal/h. Burners are controlled via 10N electric dampers or pneumatic systems, allowing the booth to maintain a stable working temperature of 80°C for efficient drying and curing.
    Lighting and Visibility: The booth features 48 high-efficiency LED lights (12 units x 4 pieces, 36W each) with a powder-coated light box, providing internal illumination of 850–900 lux for clear visibility during painting operations.
    Filtration System
    Primary Filter: Captures particles larger than 10µm with an efficiency of over 83%.
    Ceiling Filter: Captures particles larger than 4µm with a filtering rate exceeding 98%, ensuring a clean painting environment and flawless finish.
    Structural Components: The booth includes galvanized square pipe beams and plenum, powder-coated for durability. The roof filter support frame is also galvanized and powder-coated.
    Intelligent Control System: Fully integrated control system allows precise management of lighting, spraying, heating, baking, temperature control, and timing, with an emergency stop function for added safety.
